Limitation of Liability: Your admission on to the Van Patten golf course constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in Van Patten Golf Club’s services. You agree that you are participating in Van Patten Golf Club’s services at your own risk upon entering and using this facility, and release Van Patten Golf Club, Cooley Kill Restaurant & Bar, and The Vista Banquets and Events Ballroom of any and all liability.

 

Rights Granted by You (Model Release): By entering or utilizing this public Clubhouse and surrounding property, you consent to have your image, likeness, voice, and/or audio captured by official club photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video, and audio recordings may be used by Van Patten Golf Club, Cooley Kill Restaurant & Bar, and The Vista Banquets and Events Ballroom without restriction, financial compensation, or remuneration in news materials, promotions, advertising, publicity, public relations, social media, and other media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation. You release Van Patten Golf Club, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
